BIG BLUE WATER & BIG FISH are the core of what off shore fishing is all about.

Our canyon trips are overnight adventures specifically focused upon Yellow Fin Tuna (Ahi), Long Fin Albacore Tuna , Big Eye Tuna,  Mahi Mahi,  White and Blue Marlin. The evenings our focus changes over to Swordfish and other large pelagics, including sharks.

We also work hard for Wahoo (ono), while changing locations as conditions warrant.

We typically depart early morning and get a full day of trolling in before dark at which time we prepare a hot evening meal with desert and set up for swords and our night chunk bait adventures where we see who will be showing up for dinner with us.

Predawn is the optimum time for Big Eye and unless the chunk bite is red hot we begin trolling for them and enjoy a great sunrise as we prowl the waters. We serve breakfast during this time as it typically brings good luck. We will continue to troll throughout the morning and after a great lunch we begin to head northward with our catch well iced in our  special brine boxes.
